Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

  • Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 30 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. 
  • All returns must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition. Products that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches, and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you at your expense. Empyrean Deals does not provide prepaid shipping labels. 
  • Items must be returned with their original packaging.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Exchanges within the return window for a different size or style can be returned for store credit, and a new order can be placed for the size or style that you desire.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds.  There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.
  • Once a return is approved, customers have 5 days to send back the original merchandise. Returns postmarked after 5 days will be refused and sent back at the customers' expense.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after your exchange has been processed for your item(s) to ship (exclusions apply for items on back-order).
  • EmpyreanDeals will provide domestic prepaid return labels only in the event that we have made a mistake. Example: If EmpyreanDeals ships and delivers the incorrect merchandise.
  • Custom and solid gold items are not subject to return due to each piece being custom design and made to order. 

      Sale Items

      •  Sale items can be returned for an exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.
      • All  Enamels, 925s, and Moissanite Items are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
      • All Made-to-Order Item sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
      • All Watches are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, 

       

      Refused or Unclaimed Packages

      Packages shipped within the United States that are returned to EmpyreanDeals due to being refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

      Empyrean Deals Lifetime Guarantee:

      We are fully committed to creating and providing the best standard of jewelry, which is why we offer a Lifetime Empyrean Deals Guarantee for all purchases of gold-plated/vermeil jewelry. If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect after your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, accidental breakage, water damage).

      In the unlikely event of additional damage to your replacement item, we charge a 50% replacement or repair fee of the full value paid, per product which can be transferred via PayPal. Please reach out to sales@empyreandeals.com for details.
